It is a wonderfully aromatic seasoning containing Rose Petals and has a distinct scent of Cinnamon, Lavender and Cloves. Instantly add Moroccan flavour to rice, couscous, tagines and BBQs, or mix with oil, garlic and lemon juice to make a heady marinade.
