Amisa Pure Wholegrain Oats are reassuringly batch tested for gluten using the Elisa method. Whether enjoyed in a bowl of warming porridge, or in delicious bakes; these oats provide a great source of soluble fibre.

| Pour 50g of Amisa Organic Gluten Free Pure Porridge Oats into a saucepan and add 350ml of milk or water (or a mixture of the two) and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Bring the contents of the pan to the boil and simmer for 4 - 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. For microwave: mix the above mentioned ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring half way through. Leave to stand for two minutes. |
