| Preparation waffles: You give: 2 eggs, 75 g soft butter, 200 ml milk and 80 g sugar Preheat waffle iron. Provide 200 ml of milk. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add the contents of the package, 75 g soft butter, 80 g sugar and half of the milk and stir well. Add the remaining milk and stir to a smooth dough. Grease waffle iron. 2-3 tablespoons of dough in the middle and bake. Remove the waffle from the iron and allow to cool down a wire rack. Preparation pancake: You give: 3 eggs and 300 ml of milk Mix the contents of the package with 3 eggs and 300 ml of milk to a smooth one. Put the dough in portions in a greased pan, spread evenly and bake on medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Vegan preparation pancake: You add: 300 ml of soy drink (or cereal drink), 200 g of soy yoghurt Mix the contents of the package with 300 ml soy drink and 200 g soy yoghurt to a smooth dough. Bake to pancakes (see above). |
