Among virgin oils, peanut oil is one of the few that can be used for frying and deep frying. It is a healthy alternative to conventional solid frying fats, since it has a considerably higher proportion of oleic acid. This makes our peanut oil ideal for the preparation of stir-fries: The robust, exotic fragrance of peanuts makes it a wonderful companion for meat, fish, and root vegetables.
