Biona Organic White Spelt Fusilli is sourced from one of the oldest cultivated grains, and an ancient cousin of wheat; spelt. Spelt is high in fibre, has a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat and although not gluten free, is often tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.

| Place pasta in a large pan of oil boiling water (1lt for 100g pasta). Add salt to taste and simmer for 4-5 mins, stir from time to time. Strain and serve with Biona organic pasta sauces. |
