Tofu* 60% (Water, soya beans*, coagulant: Kombucha* [black tea* with sugar* fermented into vinegar], and Nigari [magnesium chloride]), tomato puree*, soya flour*, sunflower oil*, Tamari* (soya sauce*), spices* (contains celery*), sea salt, onions*, yeast flakes*, lentils*, potato flakes*, corn starch*, thickening agent: locust bean gum*. *Certified organic ingredients
To cook: Remove all packaging and place steak in a frying pan with a little oil. On a medium heat fry, for approximately 4 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides, turning steak regularly. Serve as a meal accompaniment or on its own with salad.
