This is probably our most unusual nut butter and unique to us (as yet!)
The word "chai" is thought to have originated in China or Persia and simply means tea, however over the years it has become synonymous with the mixture of tea leaves, milk, health giving spices and sweetener known in India as Masala Chai, the warming, aromatic drink that inspired the flavour of this nut butter.
Cinnamon, ginger and cardamom work in synergy to create an aromatic almond butter that's delicious stirred into hot porridge or overnight oats, spread onto warm toast or baked into crumbly biscuits.
