We have launched the online version of our supermarket in times that are uncertain and unpredictable. These times will have a huge impact on our lives and we’ll have to learn to operate and conduct business like never done before.

We will strive to fulfil your orders fully wherever possible and have them delivered to you on time. But we must do so safely while adhering to the guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England. We are committed to the safety of the Shop Kindly team, our suppliers, our customers and most importantly, the community we live in.

In cases where we are unable to do fulfil your orders due to unexpected events or we anticipate delays in delivering, we will communicate as soon as possible.
