The Meridian Cashew Bar is crammed with 54% cashews. Cashews are great with their low fat content in comparison to other nuts. They are rich in a number of trace minerals including iron, copper, magnesium and tryptophan. They also contain good levels of zinc.
Meridian cashew bars are suitable for vegans and are gluten, dairy, soya and wheat-free.
