Cashews are technically not a nut but the seed of the cashew apple, a tree that grows in tropical climates in South America, India and Africa.
Delicious spread on crackers and crumpets or added to cakes or bakes. Why not try our fantastic Sweet Potato noodles with Cashew Butter and Spinach recipe as an alternative vegan meal.
We don't use palm oil in any of our products because we care about the environmental impact it can have. Our cashew butters contain no added sugar or salt and are suitable for vegans.
Oil separation is natural and can simply be stirred back in.
