Being perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter, fruity and earthy, this bar is for discerning chocolate connoisseurs.
The high-quality, single origin cocoa in these bars come from the Dominican Republic. Needing precise and exacting cultivation and care, only 4% of cocoa beans produced in the San Francisco de Macoris region of the Dominican Republic are of the Hispaniola variety. It is solely these select cocoa beans with their intricately fruity profile that are used to craft each of our 85% dark chocolate bars.
Even better still, if you have food allergies or intolerance to dairy, gluten or soya then don't worry.
