Seggiano light, crispy Rosemary Lingue flatbread crackers are handmade for us in Piemonte, a region famous for its wines and wonderful culinary heritage. These artisan Italian Lingue are crackers as nature intended. The dough is made with the simplest authentic ingredients, rolled out by hand, then baked to a deliciously thin, golden crispiness. Aromatic rosemary is a lovely savoury addition to the flavour of these Lingue, which are highly enjoyable for antipasto snacking and make a perfect complement to cheese.
