Lunaio organic garlic oil 250ml details and description
Lunaio organic garlic oil is sone milled extra virgin olive oil infused with fresh organic garlic.
Saverio and Grazia de Carlo mke this garlic extra virgn oil from the hand picked organically grown olives of their estate in Puglia, southern Italy.
The olives are stone ground in the De Carlo mill and the garlic aroma and flavour is infused by immersing freshly crushed organically grown garlic cloves from some days in the extra viring oil. Once the essential garlic scent and flavour is absorbed, the oil is filtered through cotton and bottled.
Since its imbued flavours are softer than those of raw garlic, this oil makes an excellent, mellow condiment for delicate dishes or raw food. This organic garlic oil can also be used in sauces or for cooking, instead of plain extra virgin oil.
