What is Shop Kindly?

Shop Kindly is a sustainable vegan supermarket based out of Brighton. You can shop online here at www.shopkindly.co and shop instore by visiting our store here. 

At Shop Kindly, we save you time by doing the labelling leg work for you. You won't have to pick a product, get excited and only to find it at 0.001% milk. We ensure everything sold at Shop Kindly is totally vegan and where possible, sustainable too. We work with local (to Brighton and London) suppliers to ensure your goodies have low carbon footprint and a small, planet friendly business thrives along with us. From food and groceries through to health, beauty and fashion, Shop Kindly is your one-stop-shop for ethical plant based goods.

  • How do I shop on Shop Kindly?

    Simply search for products using our search box, product categories and filters, or you can browse through our brand shops under the Brands category. Sign up to our newsletter for a regular dose of vegan inspiration.

  • Can I order via phone?

    We’re not able to take orders over the phone at the moment but this may change in the future, but if you need assistance please contact us at hello@shopkindly.co and one of us will get back to you very soon.

  • What is your shipping fee?

    We charge £5 for shipping and handling for orders under £60. Free shipping for all orders over £60.

  • What should be the minimum order?


  • How will I receive my items?

    You will be allocated a delivery day in the week where we come to your area. We will ensure all goods are left in a place you choose during the time of ordering. We will leave them there for you without the need for any contact. 

  • What is your delivery lead time?

    We can pick, pack and dispatch your orders within 3-5 days. We request you to select 7-10 days option wherever possible as that will give us enough time to operate freely and safely. Thank you.

  • When will my order arrive and how can I track it?

    You will be given a delivery date once your order is placed. You can also track the status of your order by logging in to your My Account dashboard. 

  • Do you offer shipping beyond Brighton?

    We are currently only able to ship to Brighton and surrounding areas but are working to bring plant based groceries to UK wide. 

  • What is your returns policy?

    You cannot return any items currently given the nature of the products we deal with and safety issues around Covid19 pandemic. However, if you're not satisfied with the quality of your products, please feel free to drop us an email. 

  • I have a question about a specific product

    If you have any questions about a specific product, there's a Question tab on that product that you can use to send questions. We will revert back to you sooner we hear from you. 

  • Can I recommend a brand or product that Shop Kindly should sell?

    Absolutely! If there’s a sustainable, plant based product or brand that you’d like to see on our website, or if you’re hunting for a particular vegan product that’s not currently featured on Shop Kindly, we’d love to hear from you. Simply get in touch via our contact form.

  • How do I redeem a discount code?

    Head to checkout as usual, but before clicking PLACE ORDER just enter your code in the Discount Code box. If you’re having trouble with the discount code we advise clearing the cache of your browser.

  • Can I purchase a Shop Kindly gift card?

    We don’t currently offer gift cards, but if it’s something we intend to introduce once the Covid19 times settle down.
