Made from specially selected grapes biodynamically grown in the Col di Manza hills this superb Prosecco is officially classified as 'extra dry' but confusingly this category is less dry than 'brut'. It's pale straw in colour with floral aromas and flavours of ripe apples and citrus with honey and mineral hints. The overall effect is harmonious fairly rich and reqarding.
