| Open the sachet and empty contents into a hot pan. Break the meat substitute contents gently apart with the back of a wooden spoon. Fry in a hot pan (in lots of organic rapeseed oil) for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Tip; Add tomato passata or sauce of choice and organic herbs to the the mince during cooking to give the mice a flavour kick and rich tomato taste. |
